TSplot

The TSPLOT toolbox builds on the tsdiagram function found in the Oceans toolbox at the Woods Holes Oceanographic Institution.

You can produce TS plots using either a command line function (tsdiagram) or a Graphical User Interface (tsplot). Hydrographic data collected from a ship in the equatorial Pacific Ocean can be accessed throgh a website maintained by the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration.
